Introduction
RigResident is a small program, which allows you to set and read data (frequency, mode etc.) of connected transceiver.
RigResident supports more than 80 TRX models from ICOM, KENWOOD, YAESU and Ten-Tec:
YAESU: FT-100, 736R, 747GX, 757, 767, 817, 897, 840, 847, 890, 900CAT, 920, 980, 990, 1000, 1000D, 1000M, 1000MP.
ICOM: IC-271, 275, 281H, 375, 471, 475, 575, 703, 706, 706MkII, 706MkII-G, 707, 718, 725, 726, 728, 729, 730, 731, 735, 736, 737,
738, 746, 746Pro, 751A, 756, 756Pro, 756ProII, 756ProIII, 761, 765, 775, 78, 780, 781, 820, 821, 910, 970, 1271, 1275, R-10, R71, R72, R75, R7000, R7100, R8500, R9000, plus user-defined CIV address for other ICOMs.
KENWOOD: All models.
Ten-Tec: RX-350, Argonaut, Jupiter, Orion.

For Windows 95 users only:
You shall first install the following Microsoft updates:
 Microsoft Foundation Classes. In case you're experiencing error mentioning 'mfc42.dll', download the setup file below and install it before installing RigResident:
VC6RedistSetup_enu.exe from www.microsoft.com;
Common Control Library Patch. Download file 50comupd.exe, install and reboot;
Microsoft DUN 1.3 and Winsock2 Year 2000 Update. Download file y2kvdhcp.exe (the version for your language), install and reboot.
